Sarah is a seasoned litigator with an extensive track record representing clients in diverse legal matters. Her expertise spans a multitude of industries, including litigating matters involving business and contractual disputes, real estate, employment, premises liability, transportation, skilled nursing facility and medical negligence, and wrongful death.

Sarah has litigated cases across the country and represented corporate and individual clients including, but not limited to, financial institutions, manufacturing and distribution companies, restaurants, hotels, skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, transportation and logistics companies and their drivers, pharmaceutical companies, and various insurance companies.

Sarah’s experience also includes:

  • Successfully trying a commercial action involving a member dispute between affiliates of a limited liability company including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, and breach of no-competition/solicitation clauses, and request for preliminary and permanent injunction;
  • Successfully briefing and arguing commercial litigation appeal to Ohio’s 8th District Court of Appeals;
  • Successfully briefing and arguing appeal to Ohio Board of Tax Appeals following determination of local Board of Revisions;
  • Obtaining dismissals on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in breach on of contract, premises liability, products liability, property damage, business tort, wrongful death, and personal injury matters;
  • Negotiating settlements on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving commercial and contractual disputes, premises liability, property damage, real estate, product liability, wrongful death, and personal injury;
  • Representing manufacturers and property owners in matters involving products and premises liability issues;
  • Representing companies in federal class action lawsuits involving the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage and hour statutes;
  • Representing companies involving discrimination claims asserted by current and former employees; and
  • Representing skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in connection with wrongful death and medical negligence claims.
