Summary

Nathan is an attorney in Taft’s Litigation practice group. Representing business and individuals, Nathan focuses his practice on commercial litigation, complex criminal investigations, and appeals.

Prior to joining the firm, Nathan practiced in the litigation and white collar defense groups at a regional law firm. He gained additional experience as a judicial law clerk to Judge Edmund A. Sargus, Jr., of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, as well as Justice Pat DeWine of the Ohio Supreme Court.

Nathan earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and was admitted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, he worked for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office and Ohio State Senator Kristina Roegner in addition to serving as the Articles Editor for The Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law. Nathan earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Miami University.
