Summary

Julie is a partner in Taft’s Private Client practice group. For two decades, she has guided the wealth management and estate planning needs of high net worth individuals and their families.

A significant portion of Julie’s practice involves tax and other planning for owners of closely held businesses and members of their families. She has litigated client matters concerning will and trust constructions, will contests, claims by and against fiduciaries, and tax controversies.

Julie holds the distinction of being an Ohio State Bar Association certified specialist in the fields of Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. She is the immediate past-president of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland. In addition to her law degree, Julie earned a Master of Law in Taxation from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She is licensed in Ohio and Florida.
