Christopher J. Ryan

Christopher Ryan is a seasoned litigator with a background in the healthcare sector.  He focuses his practice on representing businesses, physicians, mid-level providers, hospitals, and insurance companies in a wide range of litigation and administrative matters. He has counseled clients in matters involving allegations of medical malpractice, licensing investigations, billing investigations and audits (including RAC and UPIC audits), class actions, ERISA, medical claim payment disputes, Medicare/Medicaid enrollment disputes and appeals, breach of contract litigation, non-compete litigation, medical staff issues, and cases involving allegations of misappropriation of trade secrets, violations of the False Claim Act, violations of Anti-Kickback Statue, violations of Stark law, and wrongful/negligent medical billing.

Chris also has experience representing businesses and individuals in high-stakes litigation and alternative dispute resolution outside of the healthcare industry. This includes complex litigation, including business/shareholder disputes, lawsuits over enforcement of noncompetition agreements, business torts, and intellectual property cases involving patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
