Taft partner Alan Hux has been elected president of the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF). ICLEF is Indiana’s largest attorney membership organization.

Mr. Hux has served on the ICLEF Board since 2008. During that time, he has held committee positions with ICLEF’s Budget/Fiscal Committee, By-Laws Committee, Nominating Committee and the Executive Committee. He will serve as ICLEF president through 2014.

Mr. Hux is a member of Taft’s Business & Finance and Real Estate practice groups. He focuses his practice on corporate and real property matters, including representing various utilities concentrating in assisting freeholders (landowners) in the formation and utilization of conservancy districts in handling various utility services.
