Taft partner Trent J. Sandifur will present on “Minimizing Corruption Risks in M&A: How to Conduct Effective Pre-Acquisition Due Diligence and Overcome Integration Challenges” at the American Conference Institute’s 7th Houston Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) Boot Camp on January 24, 2013.
