Taft Signs New Lease at Kettering Tower to Support Growth

Firm Pledges Commitment to Downtown Dayton

DAYTON, OHIO – Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP announced today that it has signed a 10-year lease to relocate its Dayton office to Kettering Tower from its existing location at 110 North Main Street.  Taft, which has 31 attorneys and 21 support staff, will occupy space on two floors at the Tower, increasing its current office capacity from 17,000 to 21,000 square feet.

“With the addition of several attorneys over the past two years, we’ve been pushing the limit in our existing office space and the move to the Tower gives us much-needed expansion space in a first-class, central location that is well-known and easily accessible for our clients,” said Jeffrey A. Mullins, Partner-in-Charge of Taft’s Dayton office. “This move also reinforces our commitment to downtown Dayton and our continuing contribution to the community where our attorneys work and live.”

Mullins said the firm will invest $1.5 million in renovating the new office using all local contractors and estimates the renovation and move will be completed by late fall.
