Bill Wagner will co-lead a break-out session with all Indiana District Court and Magistrate Judges at the Seventh Circuit Bar Association Annual Meeting on May 20th.  The breakout session will focus on best pratices and things to avoid so as not to distract from your case with a top five list of do's and don'ts from every district court judge and magistrate judge in Indiana.  Topics will cover pleadings, discovery, motion practice, oral arguments, settlement conferemces, bench trials, and jury trials. Mr. Wagner is the Association's Liaison Representative for the Southern District of Indiana.
