Vaselaney Appointed to AICPA ENGAGE 2017 Exhibits Advisory Committee

Taft partner Missia H. Vaselaney has been appointed to the AICPA ENGAGE 2017 Exhibits Advisory Committee. She is also an invited speaker at the event. Vaselaney will assist with the development of the four-day conference, which will feature thousands of leaders in accounting, auditing, financial planning, law, estate planning, practice management, tax, marketing and technology — all under one roof. The conference will run June 12-15 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Attendees may also experience the seminars live online.

AICPA ENGAGE will feature six conferences with more than 300 sessions and 275 speakers. The six conferences are:

  1. Advanced Estate Planning
  2. Advanced Personal Financial Planning 
  3. Practitioners Symposium & TECH+
  4. National Advanced Accounting & Auditing Technical Symposium
  5. Association for Accounting Marketing Annual Summit 
  6. Tax Strategies for the High-Income Individual

Vaselaney has also been a member of the Steering Committee for the AICPA’s National Advanced Estate Planning Conference since 2001. She focuses her law practice on estate planning for business owners and individuals. Vaselaney works with clients to both plan and administer estates that range from the very modest to the large and sophisticated.
