Taft attorney Kerry P. Hastings will present "Making the NLRB Great Again" at the Cincinnati Bar Association's Labor & Employment Practice Group Meeting on March 30. The presentation will discuss several items that are likely to be on President Trump's Board agenda including: joint employer issues, how union elections are run and employees' Section 7 rights under the National Labor Relations Act.
