On March 28, National Geographic will air the second episode of its original series Parched, which will include a segment regarding C8/PFOA contamination issues on the Ohio River. The episode, titled "Toxic Waters," will include Taft partner Robert A. Bilott and others involved with the C8/PFOA issue in the Mid-Ohio Valley. View a short clip of the episode here.

Bilott, who serves as co-lead counsel for the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee handling litigation against DuPont, has been in the spotlight since The New York Times Magazine dubbed him "The Lawyer Who Became DuPont's Worst Nightmare" in an article published on Jan. 6, 2016.
