Kissel Quoted in Indiana Lawyer Article on Proposed IRS Regulation

Taft partner Richard O. Kissel II was quoted in The Indiana Lawyer article “Proposed IRS regulation a taxing matter for relatives,” published on Oct. 19. The article discusses the proposal that would tighten Section 2704 of the Internal Revenue Code and make a significant change in estate tax planning.

Kissel is a member of Taft’s Private Client group. He has practiced law for more than 31 years and is certified as an Estate Planning and Administration Specialist by the Indiana State Bar Association. His practice areas include estate and business succession planning, income tax, retirement and charitable planning, corporate transactions, buy-sell agreements and other matters affecting closely held businesses.
