Taft partner Peter S. Nealis will speak at the Souper Tuesday Lunch-n-Learn at Station 2 Innovation in Bradenton, Fla., on June 28 from Noon – 4:00 p.m. Nealis will address fund formation, new money investments, follow-on and secondary financings and refinancings to IPOs and strategic and exit transactions.

Nealis is a partner in Taft’s Venture Capital and Emerging Companies group. He focuses on representing both venture capital funds and venture-backed companies from coast-to-coast in active industries, including information technology, life sciences, energy/cleantech and social and digital media.
