Continued Coverage of Bilott's Fight Against Chemical Pollutants in Drinking Water in The New York Times Magazine

Taft partner Rob Bilott was featured once again in The New York Times Magazine for his ongoing battle against Du Pont and elevated pollutants in drinking water in the article "The Story Behind the EPAs Contaminated Water Revelation," which was published on May 27. The article, which highlights the next chapter of Bilott's fight to bring attention to PFOA in drinking water, appeared just days after the EPA released more stringent guidelines for drinking water. (The first article featuring Bilott, "The Lawyer Who Became DuPont's Worst Nightmare," was published on Jan. 6, 2016.)

Bilott is a member of the firm's Environmental, Litigation and Product Liability and Personal Injury groups, where he represents a diverse range of clients on a wide variety of matters involving federal, state and local environmental laws and related litigation.
