Taft partner Pamela S. Krivda will present "New Federal Rules on Discovery" at the Annual Ohio Employment Lawyers Association Meeting on April 29.

Krivda focuses her practice on representing and defending public and private employers in all aspects of employment and labor relations matters, including defense in harassment, discrimination and other employment-related lawsuits and administrative proceedings; negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and advice on collective bargaining interpretation and application. She is recognized as one of the “Top 25 Columbus Women Super Lawyers" and is listed in Best Lawyers in America for Labor and Employment Law.
