Taft partner Nathan J. Hagerman will speak at the Indiana Ready Mixed Concrete Association Annual Conference on Feb. 1. He will present "Recent Indiana State Tax Developments for Concrete and Materials Manufacturers and Suppliers." Hagerman's presentation will cover the following topics:

• New developments in Indiana tax legislation, administrative guidance, and relevant tax court decisions.
• Indiana income tax, property tax, and sales and use tax issues specific to the specialized materials supply and manufacturing industry.

Hagerman is a partner in Taft’s Tax group. He has been practicing in the area of multistate taxation since 1996. He counsels business clients in all areas of state and local taxes, including controversies, administrative proceedings, audits, appeals, litigation and planning.
