Taft partners Michael Wager and Dominic A. DiPuccio will present at the 19^th Annual RR Donnelley SEC Hot Topics Institute on Nov. 19 in Cleveland, Ohio. The event will cover the latest developments and trends in the regulatory landscape, accounting, corporate governance and more crucial issues facing corporate and securities law practitioners and finance professionals. Wager will address legal updates, and DiPuccio will present on corporate governance developments.

Wager represents private and publicly-held entities in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate finance, corporate governance and compliance, and strategic growth initiatives. He also advises private equity and venture capital firms in connection with portfolio company investments, acquisitions and dispositions, fund formation and structuring, and securities and corporate law matters. In addition, Wager has extensive experience representing companies and investors in change-of-control transactions.

DiPuccio focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and public and private equity and debt securities offerings. He represents entrepreneurs, emerging-growth and seasoned companies (public and private), investors, venture capital and private equity funds, and real estate sponsors in a wide variety of corporate finance transactions.
