Taft partner Susan E. Wheatley’s article “Donating Art and Tangible Personal Property – Obtaining the Charitable Income Tax Deduction” was published in the July/August 2015 issue of the Probate Law Journal of Ohio. The article was derived from a presentation she gave at the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Ohio conference in April 2015.

Wheatley is a partner and the chair of the firm’s Private Client group. She works extensively with clients on estate and business succession planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care advance directives, probate, and related estate, gift and income tax advising.
