Taft Attorneys Victorious in Hustler Cincinnati Inc. et al. v. Cambria et al.
On Aug. 14, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit upheld the dismissal of a legal malpractice suit brought by the brother of pornographic publishing magnate Larry Flynt accusing Flynt’s longtime counsel Paul Cambria and others of squeezing him out of a business venture, saying there was no evidence of an attorney-client relationship. The matter was reported in Law360. Beth A. Bryan, R. Joseph Parker and John B. Nalbandian represented Cambria and the defendants in Hustler Cincinnati Inc. et al. v. Cambria et al., case number 14-4130.
