Mark S. Feuer Joins Taft

Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP is pleased to announce that Mark S. Feuer has joined the firm’s Dayton office as a partner in the firm’s Tax, Private Client and Business and Finance practice groups. He focuses his practice on tax controversy and litigation, representing individuals, businesses and complex organizations in federal, state and local tax disputes.

Feuer also advises clients on business and tax structuring and operations, business transactions and business succession planning. In addition, he handles a variety of ERISA and employee benefit matters for his clients, including executive compensation issues, developing and structuring benefit plans and ERISA defense.

Jeffrey A. Mullins, partner-in-charge of Taft’s Dayton office, is delighted to have Mark on the Dayton team. “He is a talented attorney who brings over 30 years of experience in Business & Finance and Tax law. We know he will make significant contributions to the firm.”

Feuer is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University. Prior to joining Taft, Feuer was a partner at another law firm in Dayton.
