Tracy Betz Appointed to Child Advocates Board of Directors

Tracy N. Betz has been appointed to the board of directors for Child Advocates. Child Advocates’ number one goal is to provide independent, child-focused representation to every child who has suffered abuse and/or neglect. The organization is the only agency to hold contract with the Marion County (Indianapolis) Juvenile Court to provide this service.

Betz is a partner in Taft’s Litigation practice group. She routinely represents companies and individuals in matters involving a wide variety of commercial litigation. She is also experienced in matters involving product liability and personal injury, fiduciary and probate litigation, and criminal defense. Betz is treasurer for the Heather Welch for Judge Campaign, a scout leader for Girl Scouts of Central Indiana, and is the Marion County Democratic Vice Precinct Committee Person, WAS-31. She is recognized as an Indiana Rising Star and was a finalist in the law category for Indy’s Best and Brightest in 2013.
