Taft partner Samuel Hodson will speak at the Indiana Association of Cities and Towns’ Municipal Law XXXI Seminar, which will be held June 26-27. He will co-present “Adequate Security and Clawback Tips” with Krista Taggart, corporation counsel for the city of Greenwood.

Hodson represents municipalities and the organizations with whom they do business. His experience includes general obligation bonds, tax increment financing bonds, private/public partnerships, utility rate adjustments, annexation, redevelopment grants and general regulatory matters.
