Tony Licata was interviewed for a February 21 Daily Law Bulletin article on management, leadership and growth issues at Taft (formerly Shefsky & Froelich Ltd). The most important challenge to a law firm COO today is “maintaining focus on important strategic direction, avoiding the day-to-day bombardment and keeping most of his time engaged in client work.”  The article also briefly profiled the firm’s major practice areas and history.  In closing, the article quoted Stephen Novack, of Novack and Macey LLP, who went on the record declaring Tony “one of the finest strategists and big picture lawyers around.”
