Taft Cleveland partner Dave Wallace was quoted in the Cleveland Jewish News article “The many facets of litigation,” published Aug. 11. The article discusses different types of litigation and the ways those cases can be litigated in court.

Wallace is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice and serves as the Cleveland group chair. He represents clients in cases involving complex business litigation, class action, and shareholder litigation. Wallace has state and federal court experience managing class action, derivative, and multiparty litigation matters concerning a wide variety of issues.
