Julie A. Crocker focuses her practice on commercial transactions and business litigation matters, including cases involving business and contract disputes, real property disputes, securities litigation and other corporate matters. Crocker is experienced in all aspects of litigation, from arguing motions to jury trials. She regularly advocates for clients through mediation and arbitration proceedings. Crocker received her J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is a member of the Civility and Professionalism Task Force of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and has been honored as an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star.

Amelia J. Workman Farago represents clients in business and commercial litigation matters, including contract matters, intellectual property and technology matters, disputes involving business torts, consumer claims, shareholder and corporate governance matters, product liability claims, employment disputes, commercial leasing and real property disputes. Workman Farago is a graduate of the JD/MBA program at Case Western Reserve University, where she received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, cum laude, and her M.B.A. from The Weatherhead School of Management. She has been honored as an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star.

David L. Guevara, Ph.D., concentrates his practice in complex environmental litigation and insurance law. His clients include municipalities, real estate developers, businesses and individual property owners, each of whom are exposed to some form of, or seek to avoid, environmental liability. When his clients are exposed to environmental liability, Guevara assists in the recovery of insurance to offset the costs of their environmental liability. His legal publications include two books: Environmental Liability and Insurance Recovery (ABA Publishing 2012) and The Bona Fide Prospective Purchaser Defense to CERCLA Liability (ABA Publishing 2013). Guevara earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he was the recipient of the Graham Law Fellowship. He also holds a Ph.D. in philosophy. Guevara has been honored as an Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Star and has been recognized as an Indiana Environment Associate to Watch in Chambers USA 2014.

Lynn M. Schulte practices primarily in the areas of financing, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial and corporate law. Schulte has broad-based experience in advising businesses on corporate and contractual matters. She also has significant transactional experience, having represented businesses in connection with purchases and sales of businesses and with restructures, as well as having represented both lenders and borrowers in a variety of complex financings. Schulte received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude and Order of the Coif. Prior to attending law school and joining Taft, she spent nine years underwriting corporate lending transactions for JPMorgan Chase and U.S. Bank. Schulte was named to the Cincinnati Business Courier’s list of “Forty Under 40” and has been recognized as an Ohio Banking and Finance Associate to Watch in Chambers USA 2014.

Janica P. Tucker represents clients in all aspects of employment and labor law. She advises employers regarding legal planning and policy analysis and formulation, including preparation of employee handbooks. She also represents employers in defense against a broad range of employment claims, including sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful discharge matters. As a litigator, she is active in other aspects of civil trial, appellate litigation and commercial litigation as part of her practice. Tucker received her J.D. from The Ohio State University College of Law, and since 2009, she has been a member of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances & Discipline for the Supreme Court of Ohio. Tucker was named to Columbus Business First’s list of “Forty under 40” and has been honored as an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star.
